Vegan Figs (Anjeer) Milkshake or Anjeer milkshake with almond milk is easy, delicious milkshake recipe. We can also make figs (anjeer) milkshake with diary milk but if you want vegan drink or want to try something different then try this figs milkshake with almond milk or even try it with coconut milk. I have used dried figs if you can find fresh figs then do use that, after all what's better than fresh products.

After making mango milkshake with almond milk I thought of trying it with figs too as I want to use the figs stock that I have, we can also do the same with dates instead of figs or add both figs and dates too plus some dry fruits, so we can do customize the recipe to suit our needs and to bring different flavor each time with this simple milkshake to suit our needs or to have variations every time.

Like any milkshake this one is too just and I have added 1 tsp of sugar you can add more or replace it with jaggery, dates etc. Whether you can using coconut milk or almond milk try not to use very thin consistency milk if not the milkshake will taste watery, use the 1st extract (thick)  if it's homemade milk.

You can replace almond milk with diary milk too if you don't wish for a vegan version and doesn't have any almond milk at hand, if using diary milk you can add soaked almonds too.

Vegan Dried Figs (Anjeer) Milkshake Recipe

Vegan Figs Milkshake made with almond milk, refreshing drink for summer.

Ingredients:

  • 6 - Dried Figs
  • 2 1/2 Cups- Almond Milk
  • To Taste or 2 tsp - Sugar
  • 6 to 8 - Ice Cubes

Method:

  1. Soak figs (anjeer) in ample warm water for 10 mins or you can soak 2 hours to over night too in normal water.
  2. Chop soaked figs and blend with almond milk, sugar for a minute or until smooth.
  3. Vegan-Figs-Almond-Milkshake-Recipe
  4. Pour in serving glass and top it up with ice cubes.
Enjoy our refreshing anjeer (figs) milkshake with almond hint.

Notes
  • You can also use coconut milk instead of almond milk.
  • You can replace sugar with dates, figs or jaggery.
  • You can add dates, dry fruits along with figs for extra flavor.
  • Don't use almond milk which is very thin in consistency, if you have home made almond milk and use the 1st extract.
