Mango-Milkshake-Recipe
Mango Milkshake is easy, delicious made with few ingredients it's a must milkshake during mango season at our home. As I mentioned in my mango juice post I am making mostly mango juice, this milkshake, lassi or eating mango just as fruit rather doing anything else during these hot days. Like most of the milkshake this mango milkshake is also very easy and quick to prepare and it can serve as a drink or even as quick snack or breakfast.


I make mostly these kind of milkshake, juice etc either to work as breakfast itself or pair it along lunch during week ends. This time I made this with some French toast or quick and filling breakfast. I didn't add any ice cubes as I normally don't like to add in lassi or milkshake much of ice rather I used chilled mango and milk.

We can also add some ice cream like vanilla or mango to make this milkshake more rich and delicious if preferred or for your kids to make it more special. Using fresh mango is always better but if you wish you can used canned puree too.

Mango Milkshake Recipe

Popular and refreshing mango milkshake prepared with mango, milk and sugar.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup - Chopped Mango
  • 2.5 Cups - Chilled Milk
  • 2 tsp - Sugar (or as needed)
  • 1 - Green Cardamom (optional)
  • Few - Ice Cubes (optional)

Method:

  1. Wash, peel and cut mango in medium size. Puree in a mixer or blend until smooth.
  2. Mango-Milkshake-Recipe
  3. Add milk, sugar, cardamom pods and blend for a min well. Pour in serving glasses and add ice cubes on top of using.
  4. Mango-Milkshake-Recipe
Serve with ice cubes or chilled.

Notes
  • You can add 1 to 2 scoops of mango or vanilla ice cream with milk for extra taste.
  • Add sugar or honey to suit your needs, it also depends on mango sweetness.
  • You can add 1/2 cup or 1 cup of milk more if you like milkshake to be very diluted.
