Bharwa Tindora/Tendil or Stuffed Ivy Gourd is easy yet delicious way to cook Ivy Gourd or Tindora/Tendil or kundru or Kovaikai where split tindora is stuffed with mix of aromatic spices and cooked until tender. I find simple bharwan recipes always so interesting as it's always easy and quick to prepare, taste delicious plus takes the meal to top notch. I have posted bharwan bindi, besan wali bindi which is stuffed Okra and next in times comes this very delicious bharwan kundru or tendil.

Falahari Aloo Tamatar Sabzi | Potato Tomato Curry | Navratri Vrat Recipes

Vrat Wale Aloo Tamatar Sabzi is quick fasting (vrat/upwas/navratri) recipe which makes excellent side dish with vrat (navratri) ka khana like kuttu cheela, singhara cheela, singhara poori, samvat pulao or khichdi. This is my go recipe whether it's fasting day or not, I follow same procedure to make this aloo tamatar sabzi during non-fasting days too just add normal table salt instead of sendha namak, as this sabzi goes well with roti, poori, pulav too.

Dubki wale Aloo, or aloo rasa is potato curry in thin spiced gravy. Dubki means dipping so in this curry potatoes are dipped in the gravy as you can see in the picture there are lot of gravy but less of potato. In dubki wale aloo we shouldn't not see much of potato but the gravy is important here it's very thin yet delicious. Dubki wale aloo is famous in Mathura, one of the holy city in Uttar Pradesh where Mathura is birth place of Lord Krishna.

Unlike other chicken curry this shahi murgh is minimal spicy and taste little sweet and sour due to curd, almonds, coconut, cashews etc. You can also add some fresh cream towards the end of cooking but generally I don't add cream.
