ABC Juice or Apple Banana Carrot Juice is one thing you can find in all fruit juice stalls in Singapore and it's one of the popular juice, some place sell ABC as Apple Beetroot & Carrot juice too. It's quite a filling juice and taste delicious, I mostly pick ABC or watermelon juice if I am not drinking tea. I mostly make this for breakfast along with sandwich for a delicious and satisfying meal. Now a days Singapore is just too hot it's getting unbearable and I am skipping tea and making juice or milkshake mostly, I guess it's happening with most of us facing this summer. Pear & Orange Juice
Like my papaya & pear passion, this recipe again I made to consume next batch of pears and it fitted my bill perfectly for morning rush breakfast, have a large glass of this juice and you are done and now it has made it to my one-of-those regular juice recipe! I had fresh batch of mandarin oranges so I combine both and made this refreshing drink. Orange freshen up and pear adds texture to this easy and quick drink. If you don’t like pear then it’s a good way to consume the fruit. Not much of recipe here, just mix everything and grind and enjoy this fruit cooler.
Ingredients: [Servers -2]
Pear - 1 1/2 cup [chopped]
Orange - 2
Sugar - 2 tsp [to taste]
Orange Zest - 1/2 tsp
Ice Cubes - few
Water - 1 Cup
Method:
1. Wash, peel and chop pear, de-seeds oranges and pulse with rest of ingredients until smooth. Pour in serving glass and serve.
Note:
1. You can extract juice from orange and add with pear and other ingredients if you wish.
2. You can use blender filter to put direct orange with out remaining orange seeds etc.
3. You can add soda instead of water.
4. You can replace sugar with honey.

Masala Nuts & Pineapple Juice
Anyways today I’m posting very simple recipe of masala nuts which I made as evening snack.
Ingredients:
Cashew nuts - 1/4cup
Almonds - 4 tbs
Salt - ½ tps
Black Salt - ½ tps
Red chill powder - ½ tps
Cumin powder - ½ tps
Oil/butter - 1tps
Method:
1. In a pan dry roast cashew nuts and almonds separately and keep aside (any other nuts can be added too)
2. In the same pan add the oil to heat. Now add the nuts and fry them with all the other ingredients for 5-7mins or until nicely roasted.
3. Let the masala nuts come to room temperature before severing for better results.
4. Masala nuts with Apple Alovera juice are nice combo to try.
When we went for grocery shopping I brought pineapple as it was long time we ate this fruit. BIL prepared Pineapple juice for Kedar, he used honey instead of sugar & here the recipe goes
Method:
Fresh pineapple chunks - 7-8 large
Honey - 4-5 tbs
Ice cubes - as desire
Blend all the items in a blender or mixi for 2-3mins. Super cool pineapple is ready.
