Suhoor and Iftar Recipes for Ramadan | Ramadan Recipes
During Ramadan fasting having a balanced meal is important, plan your menu with a light starters/soup and less oily food few days if not possible in all days.
My suggestion is for breaking fast try to drink juice/milkshake instead of tea; have your tea/coffee later if it's must for you. For Sehr if you plan to make roti or paratha sabzi then you can chop the veggie at night and keep in fridge to make sabzi early morning. If you are hosting Iftar parties then these recipes might be handy for you.
